World Premiere of In Her Name
Cheshire Moon Productions is thriving and things are heating up! Not only are we heading to Tribeca Film Festival in New York to celebrate our very own In Her Name, but our other 2022 releases are making a splash on the festival circuit as well. Read on to learn more about our recent Official Selections.
In Her Name will have its World Premiere at Tribeca Film Festival. At a time when our society could truly benefit from a lesson in forgiveness, growth, and unconditional love we want to spread this message, laugh, and cry with as many of our earth mates as possible. Founded in 2003 by Robert De Niro, Jane Rosenthal, and Craig Hatkoff, Tribeca Film Festival brings artists and audiences together to celebrate storytelling in all its forms, including film, TV, music, audio storytelling, games, and immersive. Tribeca champions emerging and established voices, discovers award-winning talent, curates innovative experiences, and introduces new ideas through exclusive premieres, exhibitions, conversations, and live performances.
If that wasn’t enough to be proud of, we’ve been invited to celebrate several nominations for Next Generation Film Awards. Congratulations to the entire production team spearheaded by our band of mothers, Sarah Carter, Erin Hammond, Ciera Danielle, and Cynthia Bravo. In Her Name has been nominated for BEST NEW FEATURE, Iain Trimble for BEST CINEMATOGRAPHY, Ciera Danielle for BEST LEAD ACTOR, Philippe Caland for BEST SUPPORTING ACTOR, and Sarah Carter for BEST DIRECTOR.
The Official Selections don’t end with In Her Name — A Pity is making its way through the festival circuit as well. Congratulations again to the entire A Pity team for getting into another festival in Italy: Ischia Global Fest!!
