We follow Aine as a young immigrant to America from Ireland in the 1800’s. A series of tragic events sends her on an adventure West, where fate brings her the freedom she’s always dreamt of.

Aine lives on a small farm with her father after her mother died from a sickness she caught on the boat over to America. Her father is an Irish musician trying his best to make ends meet in this new life. After losing her father, Aine grows up with her resentful aunt and uncle. A wealthy man passing through town one day, meets Aine and is taken by her beauty. He asks to marry her, and sends for her on his ranch. But Aine quickly learns she traded one freedom for another... Aine’s new husband decides to purchase larger land out west. They begin the journey to Montana. And the adventure begins...
